Nicole delivers projects that connect with the very people they impact, through creative communications and digital engagement. She acts as the glue between technical experts and creative teams, working directly with clients, and clients’ clients, to make sure project requirements are met and, more importantly, that the way they are communicated is clear and human.

Seven years at RPS Group honed her strategic skills, directing clients towards the best possible visual solutions and approaches. As a senior leadership team member, she led the creative and visualisation team, crafting unique digital solutions, aligning with communications and engagement colleagues, and supporting the growth of social advisory. In additon, Nicole championed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, leading with purpose and kindness.

She’s at her best leading multidisciplinary teams of designers, strategists, technologists and developers on major infrastructure across Energy, Transport, Water and Property. An experienced presenter and trainer, Nicole has held national roadshows introducing virtual and augmented reality to staff and clients, and is available for 1:1 or group training across a range of digital platforms.
