Our Why

Many senior leaders have told us that their strategy “just needs to be polished up a bit”.

We’ve watched teams take every last drop of budget and time on their collateral content, reports, campaigns and roadmaps, only to throw them into the laps of a creative or design team with barely a thought as to how the information should be structured in order for an audience to properly absorb it.

Essentially, we think we can simplify the creative process and help project teams convey complex ideas in ways that all audiences can engage with.

We believe organisations benefit from having senior creative leaders involved from the beginning.

WHY "PAR"

Great work is rarely done in isolation; it takes a perfect pairing. We chose a name rooted first in the Spanish word par, meaning a pair, a couple, an equal partnership.

It also connects to the English concept of being on par: meeting the standard of excellence. We dont want projects to just exist. Together we can bring them up to standard, and elevate them to operate above par.

We ask a lot of questions, and we expect plenty back, because diverse perspectives are shaped by a variety of voices. When we’re invited to the table, we speak up.

Our aim is to become an extension of your team. We never lose sight of your audience, and we never try to create something before we understand its desired purpose first.
